The methodological guide «Legal Protection of Industrial Property Rights in the Republic of Belarus» is available on the NCIP website

The methodological guide «Legal protection of objects of industrial property law in the Republic of Belarus» is posted on the website of the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) in the section «Methodological recommendations and explanations» (manual) under the authorship of Aleksandr Mazanik, Head of the Department of Patent Documentation and Editorial of NCIP. The publication was prepared as part of the scientific activities of the NCIP in order to popularize intellectual property.

The manual provides information on various objects of industrial property law protected in the Republic of Belarus, as well as on the procedure for drawing up and submitting applications for them and obtaining security documents.

The manual will be useful for novice inventors, students, students and others who want to gain basic knowledge in the field of legal protection of objects of industrial property law.
