On May 21, 2026, the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) hosted the Unified Information Day on the topic «Trends and new directions of tourism development in Belarus».

During the event, Tatsiana Svidzinskaya, Head of the Information and Analytical Division, made a presentation, which provided an overview of the state and prospects of the tourism industry of the Republic of Belarus for the period 2025-2030.

During the discussion, the participants discussed the main areas of tourism in the republic, the resource potential, the transition to the concept of «economy of impressions», as well as the digitalization of routes, new museum projects (such as the National Historical Museum), where the main task of the state is to transform the tourism sector into a large-scale national project open to external and internal visits.
