Anastasia Fiatsisava was born on May 22, 1951 in Brest. Her father, Ivan Yakovlevich Fetisov, was a participant in the Great Patriotic War, a famous Brest painter, and an honored Worker of culture of the BSSR.

At the suggestion of her parents, in 1973 she graduated from the Minsk Musical College named after M. Glinka in accordion class. After that, she chose her own destiny-she entered the Belarusian Theater and Art Institute. She studied with great enthusiasm from S. Batkovsky, A. Semiletov,
L. Mironova.

She worked at the Brest Art Plant in the field of interior design of public buildings. She completed the art project of the lobby of the new Kobrin cinema. A. Fiatsisava is the author of a three-dimensional layout of Brest-Litovsk of the XVIII century. for the Brest Art Museum (1998), which was made with the help of students of the Brest Polytechnic College and presented to the public in 2003.

Anastasia Fiatsisava works in easel painting, decorative and applied (enamel) and decorative art. He loves the portrait genre. She experimented with the technique of painting with enamels on copper. She has participated in art exhibitions and plein-airs since 1982. She has held seven solo exhibitions in Brest, Grodno, as well as in Germany and Poland. Member of the Belarusian Union of Artists (1991).

Anastasia Fiatsisava's favorite city, Brest, is not fictional, but scrupulously reproduced on the basis of archival documents, city plans and drawings. The artist's paintings depict the recreated appearance of a medieval city. The main canvases are: «The Blue Bird over Brest», «Brest the ancient», «over the Collegium of the Jesuits», «Planet Olsztyn», «Panorama of Poznan»; the series «mirages over ancient Brest», a series of canvases dedicated to the history of different cities – Brest, Grodno, Pinsk, etc.; cycles of enamels «windows of Brest», «the history of Grodno», «the way to Golgotha», «Pinsk is 900 years old».

The artist's works are in the Brest Regional Museum of Local Lore, the Brest Fortress Defense Museum, other Belarusian and European museums, and private collections around the world.
