The second issue of the journal «Intellectual Property in Belarus» published an article «Analysis of approaches of foreign countries to the protection of copyright objects on the Internet».

The author is Vladimir Koshkin, a leading specialist in the Pre–trial settlement Division of the National Center of Intellectual Property.

The article is devoted to the problem of illegal use of works without the permission of the copyright holder in the Internet space. The approaches existing in the scientific community to the protection of copyright objects are considered. A proposal is being put forward to improve the legislation.
