NCIP has registered Agreement No. 2000 comprehensive business license (franchising)
On May 26, 2026, the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) registered the two thousandth comprehensive business license (franchising) agreement.
The copyright holder is the Belarusian Company В«Pro FoodВ» LLC, whose main activity is the provision of catering services.
It took about twenty years to form the first thousand registered franchise agreements (the thousandth mark was reached on October 9, 2023). The second thousand was registered by NCIP in just two and a half years, which indicates the popularity of this business model and a significant step forward in the development of Belarusian entrepreneurship.
The rapid growth in the registration of franchise agreements clearly shows that today franchising can be considered one of the main and most effective business scaling tools in the Republic of Belarus.
